How a visit works

Four clear steps, no guesswork

You’ll always know what’s happening, what it costs and what comes next.

  1. Tell us the problem

Send a short description through the quote form. Photos or details of any noises and drips help us prepare.

  2. Get a clear quote

We reply with the likely fix and a price range, then confirm the exact price once we’ve seen the job.

  3. The visit

We protect the area, explain what we find and do the agreed work. Nothing extra happens without your approval.

  4. Test and tidy

We check the repair under pressure, clean up and talk you through anything worth watching.

Our approach

Work you can see and understand

Good plumbing is often hidden behind walls and under floors, so we make a point of showing you what we did and why.

  • We show you the fault. You’ll see the worn part or the blockage, not just hear about it.
  • We offer options. A quick repair or a longer-lasting replacement, with the trade-offs explained.
  • We protect your home. Covers, drop cloths and careful access keep floors and cabinets clean.
  • You can keep old parts. Ask and we’ll leave the replaced parts with you.
Questions

Before you get in touch

Quick answers to the questions homeowners ask most.

What should I do while I wait for an urgent leak repair?

If you can, turn off the main water supply or the isolation valve closest to the leak. Switch off electrics near the water, and move valuables away. When you send your request, mark it as urgent.

How do quotes work?

From your description we give you the likely fix and a price range. We confirm a fixed price on site before any work begins, and nothing is added without your approval.

Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?

Please clear the cupboard or area around the problem, and let us know where your main water valve is if you know. That’s all we need.

Can you work with fixtures I’ve already bought?

Yes. Share the product details in your request and we’ll check that they’re compatible with your existing pipework before the visit.

What happens if the problem comes back?

Get in touch and describe what you’re seeing. We’ll come back to check our work and explain what’s going on.
